If you change your mind, you are welcome to return the item for a full refund minus the shipping fee. The item must be unopened and returned in the original packaging and must be in a reusable/sellable condition. You have 14 days from receiving the product to start the return process. Please contact us via email to inform us that you are returning an item. Give us a brief description as to why you are returning the item and provide the tracking number.
Please include a note inside the parcel which states your name, order number and reason for your return.

Once we have received your return, a member of our team will process it. If all items have been returned and are in a reusable/sellable condition your refund will be issued. It can take between 7-10 working days for the funds to return to your account.

Shortly after placing your order you should receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed you will receive a FedEx tracking number. Click here to track your parcel. Please note orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the next working day, resulting in an additional working day to the estimated delivery date. If orders are placed on non-working days such as Saturday, Sunday, or bank holidays, kindly anticipate an extra working day to your delivery date.

If the item is damaged or faulty we will offer a refund in accordance with our return policy. If we are satisfied that the item is damaged we will facilitate the return of your item. Please see warranty information for more details.
If you’ve changed your mind and longer need the product you have ordered, we can still offer a refund minus the shipping fee as long as you initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order. See our returns policy/terms and conditions for more information

If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order please login to your account and select cancel order. If your order has not been shipped we can cancel your order and issue a refund. Please see our FAQs for more details about refunds.

We offer a 6 month guarantee on all detailing products excluding accessories. If you discover a fault with the product within 6 months from the date of purchase please get in touch and give us a brief description of the issue. You must provide proof of purchase including your order number. After investigation, if the product is deemed faulty in accordance with our terms and conditions, we may provide a replacement.
