Please be advised that any orders made AFTER 2:00pm will be processed on the next working day, resulting in an additional working day to the estimated delivery date.

For orders are placed on non-working days such as Saturday, Sunday, or bank holidays, orders will ship on the next working day.

VP retains the right to charge the complete shipping fee for resending if an item is returned due to the customer's inability to receive the parcel for any reason. Items returned by the courier will be reintegrated into our inventory, and your account will be credited with the order total, deducting the courier's fee for returning the item to us. You will need to place a new order to have the item reshipped. If a customer provides incorrect details with their order, resulting in misdelivery, we cannot accept responsibility for the parcel.
