UK SERVICES

    Enjoy free delivery within the UK mainland on orders exceeding £20. This service typically takes between 3 and 5 working days for delivery. Upon collection, you will receive an email and/or text message confirming your tracking details and expected delivery day. On the delivery day, another email and/or text message will be sent to you. Please be aware that couriers do not operate deliveries on weekends or bank holidays.

  • The Economy Delivery service ensures that if you reside in mainland UK, you can receive your products within 2-3 working days after placing your order (Monday-Friday). Upon dispatch, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has left our warehouse, followed by another email confirming the delivery. Please note that couriers do not make deliveries on weekends or bank holidays.

  • The Express service aims for delivery of your products within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) if you are located in mainland UK. This service incurs a charge of £6.99. Upon collection, you will receive an email and/or text message confirming your tracking details and expected delivery day, followed by another email confirming the delivery. Please be aware that couriers do not make deliveries on weekends or bank holidays.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE

VP retains the right to charge the complete shipping fee for resending if an item is returned due to the customer's inability to receive the parcel for any reason. Items returned by the courier will be reintegrated into our inventory, and your account will be credited with the order total, deducting the courier's fee for returning the item to us. You will need to place a new order to have the item reshipped. If a customer provides incorrect details with their order, resulting in misdelivery, we cannot accept responsibility for the parcel.
